The American Dream: Our History

Accurate Steel Rule Cutting Die, Inc. was established in 1993 by the late Don Cason and his son Scott. Accurate first began building high quality rotary and flat cutting dies in the Southeastern United States. In May of 1997, with a high demand from our customers, we added a Graphics and Flexographic printing plate department to our manufacturing process. With the addition of this new product line and service we modified our name to: Accurate Graphics and Cutting Dies, a full line supplier of tooling to the corrugated industry.

Art Department/QC

The experienced artists on staff are consistently impressing our customers with their talent and commitment to accuracy. Using the latest in technology with updated Mac based computers and programs have allowed our Graphics Department to excel in their field. Duplicating your present design or creating a unique new design, our staff works to meet or exceed your needs. We can create custom printcards if you require specific information and provide full size proofs.

Accurate Graphics Department has multiple high-output film processing, color proofing and the capability to run digitally printed samples on corrugated stock. This can be used so marketing groups can see the packaging in actual size, with the graphics. Then if changes are needed in the graphics then they can be made before tooling is ordered, thus avoiding expensive mistakes.

Cutting Dies

Our experienced staff utilizes automatic benders, years of experience in rubbering techniques and quality finishing procedures to insure your die board will be accurate and will perform on your press. We are consistently searching for new processes that will provide even higher performance from your cutting dies.
